In the work considered a mathematical model for the filtration of suspension in a homogeneous porous medium, which consists of a mass balance equation for suspended particles, kinetic equations for irreversible and reversible deposited particles. An inverse problem was posed and numerically solved to determine the diffusion coefficient and kinetic parameters in two types of deposition. For this, a modified identification method was used. Results show that in the case of initial approximations away from the equilibrium point, the number of iterations increases, but the coefficients are recovered with satisfactorily errors.
