The article describes that students naturally develop techniques for solving
problem situations arising as a result of activities aimed at acquiring new vocabulary. However, the
strategies they have chosen are not structured enough to be effective. Therefore, a combination of
didactic, linguistic, psychological and methodological principles is necessary.
