NEWTON POLYHEDRA IN ESTIMATES FOR THE FOURIER TRANSFORM OF CHARACTERISTIC FUNCTIONS AND CONVOLUTION OPERATORS

In this paper, we prove analog of Randol Theorem, on estimates for the Fourier transform of indicator functions of convex domains with analytic boundaries, for some classes of nonconvex domains. Also, we obtain estimates for convolution operators related to solutions to the strictly hyperbolic equations.
