Аннотация: В данной статье максимально анализируется ситуация системы вакуфной собственности и просвещения в конце XIX-начале XX веков на примере Туркестана. Национализация имущества вакфа и ситуация в системе образования объясняются на основе исторических документов и литературы.

Abstract: This article analyzes the situation of the system of waqf property and education at the end of the 19th and beginning of the 20th centuries using the example of Turkestan.
