Abstract. In this work, the effectiveness of various citric acid-based compositions for dissolving kidney stones consisting of calcium oxalate and phosphate was investigated. Experiments were conducted with different concentrations of citric acid and additives (black cumin, ruyan, honey) to determine their effect on the solubility of calcium compounds. The results showed that the highest solubility of kidney stones was achieved at a concentration of 0.1 M citric acid in combination with additives, which confirms the synergistic effect of the components. These data may be useful for developing new methods for dissolving kidney stones.
