Аннотация. В статье рассматриваются теоретические и практические аспекты взаимодействия свободы индивидуальных прав и контроля со стороны государственных и корпоративных структур с целью обеспечения безопасности. Анализируются концепции свободы как фундаментальной ценности и контролирующих механизмов как способов предотвращения угроз в цифровом пространстве, представлены выводы о необходимости применения подходов, сохраняющих базовые принципы свободы личности, обеспечивающих адекватный уровень контроля и защиты.
