The authors present the results of the staff satisfaction diagnostics of «Public Welfare Administration» and «Employment Center». The investigation was conducted in the frames of a comprehensive study of social support institutions and employment centres of the Saratov region and commissioned by the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Saratov Region. The article is based on Russian and foreign scientific works on gender segregation with the focus on professional sphere. The manuscript presents key authors statements on the topic and highlights the main milestones in the process of a modern gender contract establishment. The authors designed their own questionnaire on defining the factors of satisfaction and analyzed the correlation between various indicators of satisfaction and the features of the gender-role structure.
